1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website and hiring our services, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you
do not accept them, please refrain from using our services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED
One4 Movers provides the following services:
– Residential and commercial moving.
– Packing and unpacking.
– Rental truck loading and unloading.
– Local moves within Houston and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability and specific conditions agreed upon with each client.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Reservations must be made in advance.
A non-refundable deposit or trip fee may be required to secure the service date.
Final payment is due upon completion of the service and is calculated based on hours worked or a
previously agreed rate.
We accept Zelle, cash, and other available payment methods.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to charges.
Deposits are non-refundable once the service is confirmed.
In case of extreme weather or force majeure, the service may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

5. LIABILITY
We are committed to handling your belongings with the utmost care.
One4 Movers is not responsible for damage to items that were already damaged,
improperly packed by the customer, or handled under unsafe conditions.
If any damage occurs during the move, we will assess the situation and work with the client to find
a fair solution.

6. WEBSITE USAGE
Fraudulent or illegal use of this website is prohibited.
Reproduction of content, logos, images, or text without prior written permission is not allowed.

7. MODIFICATIONS
One4 Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates
will be published on this page with their respective effective date.
